FAQ
Anyone with an active Recurring Membership. Cancelled Membership or Pending Cancellation membership are NOT considered active.
Anyone with an active 1/3/6/12 months Pre-Paid Membership. A paused membership is NOT active.
Xmas Pass can be shared with friends, gifted, or used by the customer buying it.
If you want to transfer an Xmas Pass as a gift, write us an email to ams@betaboulders.com with your order number and the name and birthday of the recepient.Â

Yes. Xmas Pass entries must be used before January 31st, 2024.
No. To use your Xmas Pass on your friends, you must all be present at reception.
