FAQ
No booking is required if you just want to climb with a single pass without a coach.
If you want to have a coach and it’s your first time we always recommend booking an Intro to Bouldering lesson (this includes shoes and free coaching)
You can upgrade from an Off-Peak Membership to an Unlimited Membership for FREE.
A fee of €39 applies when downgrading from an Unlimited Membership to an Off-Peak Membership. Just send an email to [email protected], latest 7 days before your renewal is to take place, and our team will be happy to assist.
Switching between membership billing periods isn’t possible.
No, regular Memberships can only be purchased online.
You can purchase a Trial Membership in person or online
No, Multi-passes are personal and cannot be shared.
Please also note that Off-Peak Multi-pass are only valid Off-Peak.
Memberships (Monthly & Yearly billing & Recurring Legacy) and legacy Pre-Paid membership can request to freeze and unfreeze their membership by filling out this form (terms & conditions apply)
Trial Memberships cannot be frozen, but can only be cancelled.
