Block 2 Course (Upper Intermediate)

Ready to commit to get to the next level? Have you reached a plateau despite climbing multiple times per week?

The Block 2 course is targeted at committed climbers, who want to progress from climbing Blue (6b) / Orange (6c) boulders to higher grades. This course is held in a smaller group of maximum 8 people.

• For 6 weeks you will focus in improving your body position, technique, strength and flexibility. The course includes “homework/training exercise” outside of your weekly class.
• There is one class every week (6 classes in total), occuring at the same time every week.
• De lessen duren elk 1,5 uur, waardoor je tijd hebt om contact te maken met medeklimmers en te integreren wat je hebt geleerd.
• You will train as a team with the same group and coach every class, improving your technique and meeting new climbing buddies!
• The minimum age for the course is 16 years old.
