It’s a promotional T-Shirt you can buy as per the above terms. You can claim the offer on either a T-Shirt or a Tank Top. Soon we will have a custom design for it – stay tuned!
The discount on your Memberships payments will be applied automatically and will be in place for the duration stated in the reward programme (as long as you don’t cancel your Membership during this period).
Log into the MY ACCOUNT page
Select Recurring Products
Now you can see your recurring products including your Recurring Membership. Select it by pressing “view“.
Press the “cancel” button*
The reward will be determined by the duration of the new membership. Any Recurring Membership cancellation reset the counters.
You must present the Beta Tag (barcode) associated with your account. Purchases must be associated to your membership for the discount to be applied. In case you don’t have the card with you, you might be asked for a Photo ID.
Can be used by an active Member to grant access to Beta Boulders to another customer. 5-Entry Loyalty Passs is only valid while the Member holds an active Membership.
The 5-Entry pass expires after 2 years.
The 5-Entry cannot be exchanged for credit or equivalent value.

Prepaid Members can request to freeze and unfreeze their membership by filling out this form . Recurring Memberships cannot be frozen, but can only be cancelled.
Anyone with an active Membership (Off-Peak/Unlimited), Pre-Paid or Recurring Membership (Legacy), Trial Membership is a Member.
An Elegibile Member is anyone with an active Membership (One-Gym/Unlimited/Off-Peak). As Elegibile Member you are automatically enrolled in our rewards programme.
If you have a legacy Recurring Membership the legacy Rewards apply – see information below.
Trial Membership and Pre-Paid membership are not elegibile for rewards.

How to cancel
- Log into the MY ACCOUNT page
- Select Recurring Products
- Now you can see your recurring products of which one is your Membership. Select it by pressing “view“.
- Press the “cancel” button (the button will not appear if the next renewal is less than the notice period from the cancellation date)
The discount on your Memberships payments will be applied automatically and will be in place for the duration stated in the reward programme (as long as you don’t cancel your Membership during this period).
Same terms apply to Legacy Recurring Membership
Memberships (Montly & Yearly billing & Recurring (Legacy)) can request to freeze and unfreeze their membership by filling out this form.
Legacy Pre-Paid members can pause one time per membership using the same form.
Trial Memberships cannot be frozen, but can only be cancelled.

The reward will be determined by the duration of the NEW membership.
Any Membership (or Legacy Recurring Memberships) cancellation reset the counters on the number of months for which you have been member.
We regularly update our rewards and milestones.
An Elegibile Member is only elegible for the rewards valid at the time of the qualifying renewal (it’s not possible to claim an old reward).
Pre-paid are not longer sold, but you can buy a Trial Membership here.
If you have a legacy Recurring membership and you don’t cancel it you can get:
- On the 5-month anniversary = 5% discount on membership for 12-month & €15 discount on loyalty rewards &
- On the 8-month anniversary = €20 discount on loyalty rewards
- On the 12-month anniversary = €50 discount to get a 5-Entry Pass (shareable, 2-year validity)
- On the 18-month anniversary = 10% discount on membership for 12-month & €20 discount on loyalty rewards
- On the 30-month anniversary = 15% discount on membership for 12-month & €50 discount to get a 5-Entry Pass (shareable, 2-year validity)
- On the 36-month anniversary = Special OG T-Shirt for only €3.6
- On the 42-month anniversary = 15% discount on your recurring membership (valid forever, as long as you do not cancel your membership)
